Within 2 days customer can raise the complaint for damaged products. On receipt of the goods if it is a damaged OR faulty then the customer has to take the snapshot and has to show the same
One week will be taken to review the damaged products.
ALT publications will bear the cost of return if the goods are damaged OR faulty.
If client paid twice for one transaction, the one amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via same source.
